As a licensed accompagnatore turistico, I lead enogastronomic and food tours across the region, bringing its food culture and traditions to life.
I’m a student of Gastronomy at the University of Bologna and certified by the Regione Emilia-Romagna in the food culture of Italy’s IGP & DOP products. I’ll show you why Emilia-Romagna is Italy’s capital of gastronomy.
