CHEF’S TABLE DINNER: Pasta Making, Aperitivo, Wine, Stories and Dolci in a Bolognesi Historic Palazzo.

WINE TASTING & APERITIVO WITH A VIEW: -Experience a guided wine tasting of three local artisanal wines as the sun sets over Bologna’s rooftops. Led by professional sommelier Maria from @cantinamontevecchioisolani, you’ll savor each wine paired with artisanal salumi and cheeses. Set in a breathtaking 15th-century palazzo, enjoy panoramic views of the city’s historic skyline.

MASTER THE ART OF PASTA MAKING: Step into the kitchen with me and discover the time-honored tradition of pasta-making, “fatto a mano,” a skill lovingly passed down by the remarkable nonne of Bologna. With just a rolling pin and your hands—no machines—you’ll learn the techniques that have shaped pasta through generations. Together, we’ll craft pasta inspired by my culinary journey, refined in renowned establishments like Amerigo 1934 (Michelin Star), Hosteria Giusti, La Zaira Valsamoggia, and Salumeria Bruno e Franco. Finally, indulge in a dish made from your own creations, brought to life with the freshest seasonal ingredients and a touch of inspiration from these iconic places..

THE SWEETEST GOODNIGHT: End the evening with a taste of Bolognesi dolci traditions. Whether it’s the silky layers of Zuppa Inglese, a decadent Torta Tenerina, or a creamy Fior di Latte dessert is the perfect ending to a night of indulgence.
